Head Over Heels sponsors personal fitness activities to for organizations in Northern Virginia.
We are proud to partner the with City of Fairfax to offer group training classes at the
Green Acres
Center in Fairfax, VA.
Strength and Cardiovascular Training
A balance of strength and cardiovascular exercises is designed to tone muscles, shed fat, and increase metabolism.
Participants enjoy a group setting, but progress at an individual pace using a variety of interval stations
performing cardio and weight training activities.
Each evening alters the regimen to continually challenge all muscle groups. The program maximizes fitness by
preventing the fitness-plateau that occurs when the body adjusts to an exercise.
Expect weights, tubes, and balls and a variety of challenging cardiovascular activities. Please bring a mat and water to class.
